NORTHEAST ARKANSAS WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AREA (NEAWDA)
SWOT ANALYSIS

SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat.

The purpose of a SWOT analysis is to objectively review important factors relevant to the strategic direction of the Northeast Arkansas Workforce Development Area (NEAWDA).  These may include, but not limited to, internal and external financial, operational, personnel, policy, and regional items.  A SWOT analysis can provide our team with a proper framework for making better decisions on how to prepare for potential issues and continue to drive the WDA forward.

We ask that each Regional Partner complete the analysis below so we can compile the information for discussion at the next Regional Partner meeting on 01-31-23.  If you have any questions, please contact James at 870-932-1564 or [email protected].
