One Stop Operator RFP Questions & Answers

Important - As questions are received from potential proposers, this page will be updated. Vendors will not receive notification after each update. 
Question 1:
What is the current OSO staffing-does it include staffing each Resource Room in the comprehensive and satellite centers?
 
Response:  No, currently partners usually split time to cover the Resource Room and work experience is also utilized.
 
Question 2:
If funding for this year is not available, what was the funding for the 20-21 year?
 
Response:  The State has requested that the RFP not include any budget amount restrictions in order to maximize competition.  The previous One Stop contracts are accessible are at www.neaworks.com/neawdb-contracts.html. 
 
Question 3:
Are their shared costs involved (rent/utilities/equipment) in development of the budget? What are those costs?
 
Response:  The proposer will need to budget for appropriate rent/utilities/etc to cover their responsibilities as the One Stop Operator.  Except for the IFA, there are not any required shared costs in the One Stop Operator Budget.
 
Question 4:
Are there other cost expectations, such computer purchase, cell phones, etc.?
 
Response:  The proposer will need to budget for appropriate computers, cell phones, etc to cover their responsibilities as the One Stop Operator.
 
Question 5:
Who is currently providing the One-Stop Operator services?
 
Response:  The Interim One Stop Operator is Employment & Training Services, Inc. (ETS, Inc.).
 The Northeast Arkansas Workforce Centers are an equal opportunity employer/program.
