In accordance with the provisions of the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), the Local Plan
for the Northeast Arkansas Workforce Development Area is available for review and comment.
Interested parties may review the plan as follows:
1. View a printed copy at Employment & Training Services, Inc. (ETS, Inc.) 2805 Forest Home Road,
Jonesboro, AR 72401 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
2. Request a copy by e-mail from [email protected].

U.S. Department of Labor through awards totaling $950,360.
