Answer #1: No. There has been internal monitoring and Division of Workforce Services (DWS - State) has monitored.
Question #2: What is the anticipated budget for monitoring services?
Answer #2: Per DWS' instruction, an anticipated budget should not be provided in the RFP.
Question #3: The provided attachment for Proposal Budget follows a service provider format. For engagements such as these consultants often use hourly rate. How should this be presented in the provided form?
